circulating tumor cell detection and characterization

We have developed and/or have evaluated a number of approaches for detection of circulating tumor cells (CTCs). This work includes techniques for rare event detection and quantitation in blood, bone marrow and other body fluids. Further methods have been developed for isolation of CTCs followed by expression profiling.
