Esophageal and liver capcer

I am interested in methylation patterns as predictors of radiation response in esophageal cancer patients. I am also interested in the molecular genetics of hepatocellular carcinoma, including epigenetics and epigenomics and their predictive and prognostic value and relationship to hepatitis C.
