Interests

Prostate Cancer

Principal interests are early detection and prevention. Our large-scale epidemiology and prevention trials provide extensive clinical data that are combined with various biologic samples including prostate biopsies (paraffin and frozen), radical prostatectomy samples (frozen and paraffin), serum, plasma, whole blood, DNA, urine, toenails, and we plan to add stool shortly. We have extensive demographic information, family history, medical history and medications, dietary data, AUA symptom score, and we plan to add items to include sexual function as well as urinary function (vis a vis incontinence).
