- Detection of early markers of lung cancer through proteomics and immunohistochemistry
- We have demonstrated that minor changes in morphology from lung cancer cells and AAH (intermediate in lung cancer progression) may be linked to changes in protein (peptide) expression patterns through laser capture microdissection and SELDI mass spectrometry. These peptide peaks may constitute "malignant" protein profiles.
Immunofluorescence and Laser Scanning Cytometry may provide a high throughput quantitation of cancer related biomarkers. - Detection of early markers of lung cancer through proteomics and immunohistochemistry
