Interests
- Biomarker discovery by a proteomics approach
- We are interested in applying in proteomics approach for the identification of cancer-specific protein markers. A variety of techniques have been extensively used for this study, including laser capture microdissection, 2D differential in-gel electrophoresis, and nano-HPLC mass spectrometry for protein identification.
