Biomarker Database
Biomarker Database
The EDRN Focus Biomarker Database (BMDB) is a tool that captures and curates biomarkers (indicators for diseases). It produces Resource Description Format (RDF) knowledge about those biomarkers, and the organs for which they indicate disease. Within the context of the Biomarker Database, the term "Study" is used frequently in place of "Protocol" and the word "Organ" is often preferred to "Body System".
