A Cancer Biomarker Data Commons administrator will contact you after submission of your collection metadata to discuss your data and next steps for organizing and uploading it.

Data uploaded to LabCAS should include any data from your study that will allow reproducibility of your analysis. This would include data dictionaries, SOPs, raw and processed processed data or any other relevant documentation to make your data usable and understandable as part of FAIR.
