The Early Detection Research Network (EDRN) will host its 15th EDRN Scientific Workshop "Reimagining Early Detection in the Era of Multimodal Science" from Wednesday-Friday, September 23-25, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC North/Gaithersburg Hotel (in-person only)

Meeting Registration, Hotel Rooms and Poster Abstracts

• Meeting Registration: Registration is mandatory to attend this event. Fill out this registration form at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/1y9emdP36b?origin=lprLink to register easily online. Please be complete and accurate when completing this form—especially your email address. The deadline to register is Friday, September 4, 2026.
• Hotel Rooms: EDRN has a block of sleeping rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC North/Gaithersburg hotel. The rate for all attendees is $275/night plus taxes. The deadline to book your room is August 28, 2026, or until the room block is full.

• Poster Abstracts/Posterboards: This event will have a poster session along with lightening presentations from selected poster abstracts. The Poster Session and Poster Highlights are scheduled for Thursday, September 24th at 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm respectively. EDRN Principal Investigators must present a poster at this event and Early Career Investigators are strongly encouraged to present as are other attendees. Please submit your poster abstract to the EDRN DMCC at edrndmcc@fredhutch.org by Monday, August 24, 2026.
