functional genomics and biomarker discovery

Our laboratory has utilized a functional genomics approach for the physical mapping of novel tumor suppressor loci. Current research efforts involve the identification and characterization of the chromosome 3p pathway to tumorigenesis as a means of biomarker discovery in pancreatic cancer.
