Uploading De-identified Data and Images to EDRN Cancer Biomarkers Data Commons (LabCAS)

👉 Note: Do not install the Desktop version of Aspera. If prompted to install the Desktop version, click Skip. Please use "Aspera Connect" and the Aspera browser extension for now.

1. Login to EDRN Aspera: Sign in using your Gmail credentials or your IBMid at EDRN Aspera. If you need an EDRN IBM Aspera account, request an EDRN Aspera Account.

Uploading Your Data:

• Data upload complete: Notify the JPL Informatics Center that your data transfer is complete. We will review and publish your data to the EDRN Cancer Biomarkers Data Commons (LabCAS).
