Abstract
The markers that will be tested in the reference set are the following: S2-bound AGP, AFP, AFP-L3 and DCP (PIVKA II). AFP-L3 ELISA is not sensitive for low AFP samples and the µTASWako analysis system for AFP-L3 requires a larger sample volume (1 ml serum). We therefore have to exclude the AFP-L3 analysis from the request.
