Outcome

The analysis evaluates the performance of 23 markers in a subset of 60 BRS study patients, including 30 cases and 30 controls. For each marker, comparisons were made by case-control status. Odds ratios per standard deviation increase with 95% confidence intervals, AUC with 95% confidence intervals, and p-values from two-sample t-tests are calculated for each biomarker. Additionally, ROC curves were generated for each marker to evaluate their discriminative ability.
