Abstract
No abstract availalbe.
Aims
Aim 1: Optimize NAPPA as a cancer autoantibody detection platform Aim 2: Identify tumor antigen-specific antibodies in a test set of early-stage breast cancer patient sera Aim 3: Validate the detection of tumor antigen-specific antibodies in early-stage breast cancer patient sera.
Analytic Method
Protein microarray and ELISA assays
Outcome
The overall goal of this project is to identify autoantibody biomarkers in sera that can be readily used for the early detection of cancers
