Interests

Validate image-based markers in screening and diagnostic mammography

Validate image-based markers in screening and diagnostic mammography. We will (1a) extend our generalized breast density measurements to multivariate ML/DL techniques for both risk prediction and early detection; (1b) further validate several diagnostic models in women classified as BI-RADS55 4 with ML/DL inclusive of blood analytes; and (1c) apply ML to quantify and predict the related diagnostic subcategories (i.e., BI-RADS 4 a, b, and c) as markers of malignancy.
